TD77 Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Online Gaming Platform

By registering an account on TD77, accessing the TD77 website, or using any feature of the TD77 platform, you are entering into a binding legal agreement with TD77. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between you and TD77 governing your use of the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use TD77 in any capacity. TD77 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of TD77 after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all registered and unregistered users who access TD77, including visitors browsing the platform without an account. Players in Pakistan are subject to the laws applicable in their jurisdiction, and it is each player's personal responsibility to ensure that their use of TD77 complies with applicable local regulations.

To register and maintain a TD77 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have a currently active self-exclusion arrangement with TD77.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration.
• You must not have had a previous TD77 account that was suspended or terminated for rule violations.

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one TD77 account. Creating additional accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, the same or different payment methods, or the same device — is strictly prohibited. TD77 uses device fingerprinting, IP monitoring, and payment cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated balances (including bonus funds and any winnings generated from them) will be forfeited and all accounts permanently closed without prior notice.

TD77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point in the account lifecycle — not only at registration. This includes but is not limited to: a government-issued ID (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and proof of payment method ownership. Players who fail to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by TD77 may have their account temporarily suspended pending verification.

Account credentials — your username, password, and any security codes — are your personal responsibility. TD77 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure. You are responsible for all activity conducted from your account whether or not it was authorised by you personally.

TD77 supports deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances, transactions, bets, and winnings are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied on the TD77 side — what you deposit is what appears in your account.

Deposits are free on TD77 — no processing fee is deducted from your deposit amount. Withdrawal fees from TD77 are also zero for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, and IBFT. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may incur charges applied by your card issuer; TD77 has no control over bank-side charges.

Same-name policy: All deposits and withdrawals must use financial accounts registered in the same name as your TD77 account. Payments to or from third-party accounts, borrowed accounts, or accounts in other names will be declined. This policy is strictly enforced and exists to protect players against fraud and unauthorised transactions.

TD77 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal. This includes proof of payment method ownership, verification of account identity, or additional KYC documentation required by TD77's compliance framework. Withdrawals will not be processed to payment methods that differ from those used for deposits without additional verification.

Funds deposited in error — for example, a duplicate transaction or a mistaken top-up — must be reported to TD77 support immediately. TD77 will investigate and, where confirmed, process a return of the duplicated amount. Players who play with mistakenly deposited funds before reporting the error forfeit the right to a refund of those specific funds.

TD77 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and tournament prizes. Each promotion has its own specific terms — wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bonus amounts, and expiry periods — which are published on the Promotions page and communicated at the time of bonus offer.

By claiming any bonus on TD77, you agree to the wagering requirements attached to it. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, depending on the offer) must be bet before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. TD77's standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is 30x. Individual promotions may carry different requirements — always check the specific promotion terms before claiming.

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and converted to real-money balance upon completion of wagering requirements.
• Different games contribute at different rates towards wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as Baccarat and Andar Bahar may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• TD77 sets a maximum bet limit when playing with active bonus funds. Placing bets above this limit during bonus play may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe (typically 7 to 30 days depending on the offer).
• Bonuses are offered to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.

TD77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already claimed an active promotion at the time of modification will be subject to the terms that applied when they claimed, provided those terms are not retroactively changed in a manner detrimental to the player.

All games available on TD77 operate according to their published rules. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game interface. Players are expected to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets. Lack of familiarity with game rules is not accepted as grounds for voiding a result or requesting a refund of losses.

TD77 games use independently certified random number generators (RNGs). Crash games on TD77 — including Aviator, JetX, and Spaceman — use provably fair algorithms where each round's crash point is determined by a cryptographic seed before the round begins. Players can verify any individual round using hash verification tools provided within the game. TD77 does not have the ability to alter outcomes in real time.

The following actions are prohibited on TD77 and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to play games on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings that would not occur under normal gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any game software or platform code.
• Placing bets designed specifically to circumvent bonus terms rather than representing genuine gameplay.

In the event of a technical malfunction — a game crash, a disconnection during a live hand, a server error that affects the display of a result — TD77's recorded outcome takes precedence. TD77 will investigate all reported technical incidents fairly. Where a malfunction is confirmed to have materially affected a result, TD77 will void the affected round and return the stake to the player. Winnings generated as a result of a confirmed malfunction will not be paid.

Game results displayed in your TD77 transaction history are final. TD77 retains logs of all game rounds for a minimum of 24 months. Players who wish to dispute a specific result must contact TD77 support within 72 hours of the round in question, providing the game name, approximate time, and the disputed round reference if available.

TD77 is committed to responsible gaming and takes the wellbeing of its players seriously. Gaming on TD77 should be an enjoyable activity carried out within personal financial limits. TD77 provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts from your account settings. Limits take effect immediately and can be decreased at any time. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each play session. TD77 will alert you when your session limit is approaching and terminate your session when it is reached.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum loss amount per day, week, or month. Once reached, your account is automatically restricted from further gameplay until the relevant period resets.
• Reality checks: Receive periodic reminders showing how long you have been playing and how much you have bet in the current session.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from TD77. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended, no deposits are processed, and no marketing communications are sent. Temporary exclusions can be set for 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible.

TD77 strictly prohibits the use of the platform by individuals under 18 years of age. TD77 employs age verification measures and acts on any information suggesting that a minor may be using the platform. Accounts confirmed to be held by underage users will be suspended immediately with all funds returned and all bonuses voided.

TD77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a TD77 account you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data as described in that policy.

The categories of personal data that TD77 collects include: your name, date of birth, mobile number, email address, CNIC or equivalent government-issued identification number, payment method details (account or card details sufficient to process transactions), IP address, and device information. TD77 also collects gameplay data — bet amounts, game choices, session durations, and transaction history — for the purposes of account management, responsible gaming monitoring, and legal compliance.

TD77 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processing partners (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banking partners), game software providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where legally required. All third parties with whom TD77 shares data are required to maintain appropriate data security standards.

Players have the right to request access to the personal data TD77 holds about them, to request corrections of inaccurate data, and to request deletion of data where TD77 has no legal obligation to retain it. Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days subject to applicable record-keeping obligations. To exercise any of these rights, contact TD77 support.

TD77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that a player has violated these Terms or has engaged in activity that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, other players, or TD77's legal obligations. The following actions will result in immediate account suspension:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple accounts on TD77.
• Attempting to charge back a payment after using the deposited funds to play.
• Using or attempting to use third-party payment accounts.
• Colluding, cheating, or using prohibited software during gameplay.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing TD77 staff or other players.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use TD77 for financial crime.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, TD77 will notify the account holder via the registered contact details and provide an opportunity to respond. Investigations are typically completed within 10 business days, after which the account will either be reinstated or permanently closed.

Players may voluntarily close their TD77 account at any time by contacting support. Before closure, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's verified payment method. TD77 does not charge fees for account closure.

TD77 provides the platform, games, and services on an "as available" basis. While TD77 makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted, error-free service, it cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical issues. TD77 does not accept liability for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to internet connectivity that are outside TD77's direct control.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your TD77 account — whether about a game result, a payment, a bonus, or any other matter — the process is as follows:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Raise your concern through the TD77 live chat or support email. The majority of issues are resolved at this stage within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If you are not satisfied with the support team's response, submit a formal written complaint to support@td77.world with the subject line "Formal Complaint." TD77 will acknowledge within 2 business days and provide a full written response within 10 business days.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If the formal complaint response does not resolve the matter to your satisfaction, you may escalate to TD77's senior dispute resolution team. Details of this process are provided in the formal complaint response.

These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any legal proceedings must be initiated in the competent courts of the jurisdiction applicable to TD77's operations.

TD77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page unless otherwise specified. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated whenever the Terms are revised.

Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — TD77 will provide advance notice through one or more of the following channels: a notification banner on the TD77 platform, an email to your registered address, or a pop-up notification on your next login. The nature and extent of advance notice will be proportionate to the significance of the change.

If you disagree with any changes to the Terms, you should stop using TD77 and may request account closure to have your real-money balance returned. Continued use of TD77 after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2025 and apply to all TD77 accounts active as of that date, as well as all accounts registered subsequently.
